All you need is One Touch of A Button to get your Tab…….S’pore

Our bill arrived much swifter than the menu when we experimented with this contraption, maybe it’s just a coincidence. Anyway, this is a great concept for those seated in the patio or alfresco area. From a customer’s point of view: I do not like to swing my hands frantically in the air to grab the attention of the wait staff to come over. But, jeez, the product design looks so old school. My sidekick did not even notice its existence on the table. Again, Tip: Be as innovative as Andy Warhol!

Miniature TicTac

...which is pocket-sized and pocketbook-friendly too! A noteworthy newfangled packaging! You will be surprised to know that there are people on this earth who have a fetish for miniature stuff. This itsy-bitsy candy box draws in some of my friends and family to inquire about my purchase. (The norm costs SGD1.10 while the miniature costs SGD0.40; bought them at buzz within Tampines Bus Interchange, S’pore)

Plate Clips

At a recent cocktail reception, I stumbled across these plate clips; each piece attached to individual plate. And I took the liberty of bringing a trio back. It’s an ingenious idea for cocktail parties. As a guest, you can sashay around with one hand holding your plate of hors d’oeuvre accompanied with a glass of Pinot Noir and yet still able to hand-shake with your potential business client or friend-to-be.  VoilĂ !

You can also use it to hold a saucer of condiment so that the relish will not interfere with other food on the plate. Take for example, my sushi-savoring as I am watching a TV Program on my reclining couch. C'est la vie!
