MARVELLOUS CREATIONS by Cadbury

Of late, I have been indulging in these MARVELLOUS CREATIONS

Jelly Popping Candy Beanies in
Dairy Milk Chocolate.

And here’s why I am addicted to them:

First Bite, you savor tingling sensation of popping candy bursting on your palate.

Second Bite, you feel chewy jelly beanies toying with your teeth and gums as you bite them.

Third Bite, “Smarties” cracking wholly between your upper and lower teeth.

Now tell me, who wouldn’t adore such a medley of marvelous flavors and textures contained
within a bar of chocolate?

Chocolate Crinkles

"Chocolate Cookies Dredged with Icing Sugar"

I have been searching high & low for these devilish-looking cookies and finally I found a kind-hearted Philippina to bake for me.

A firm crust filled with chewy chocolatey texture which will melt as you chew. No wonder my receiver loves it so much and I am glad to see the delighted face.

(If you would like to try baking them, you may want to Google the avalanche of recipes online)

"Hug Mug"

Fashioned like a white egg which you are supposed to hug with both palms as you sip and “specially designed for the chocolate drinking ceremony” - Brought to you by Max Brenner, the Chocolatier

It is definitely adorable enough to ignite me to hug my camera but not functional enough to keep my mocha warm. Perhaps they should fix a stainless steel lining to keep the bevvy piping hot!

If you are interested to know more about Max Brenner, Chocolate by the Bald Man, pls log on to http://www.maxbrenner.com/.

Artisanal Chocolates from Chef Clement Ronald Ng

Freshly-made sans preservatives and encasing herbs & spices such as lemongrass, raspberry & clove, black pepper et al. Fashioned like cufflinks and gingerly embellished; the make of these chocolates will unequivocally chime with weight-watchers.

“My best seller is Black Pepper!” Chef Clement enthused as we polished off the chocolates on the plate. Being an avid herbalist himself, Chef Clement loves to infuse herbs into his culinary. His cultivated mint leaves smack fruity notes of pineapple and hints of dark chocolate which tantalized my taste buds and left me speechless...for a while in amazement.

A pity his Eden Sanctuary Floral Café has just shuttered to make way for bigger and better plans! But, do still keep his future oeuvre on your radar screen…http://www.kocolife.com/. We heard he is going to organize overseas culinary trips and local surprise dining that conjure ‘unplugged’ flavors; where venue and cuisine will only be revealed at the eleventh hour.

(For sales enquiries on the chocolates or potted herbs, pls contact Chef Clement directly at 65 92769408 or clement@kocolife.com!)

Mozarttafel Bar

What has Mozart got to do with chocolate? Well, Mozart, the world-renowned classical composer was born in Austria and the chocolate bar is produced in Austria. So, when you incorporate the 2 into 1, it becomes “Mozarttafel Bar”!

I may not be a chocolate connoisseur but somehow this chocolate bar has delighted my mood with its granular textures and nuanced flavors of light praline paste, dark praline paste & marzipan encased in premium cocoa. Best paired with a cup of Joe to give you that extra oomph!

If you happen to be in Salzburg, do remember to grab a few bars!

*****With compliments from my pal who has just returned from Europe*****

Chocolate Sculpture by Karl Lagerfeld

                             (Double click for better view)

Chocolate Sculpture of a French Male Model created by renowned fashion designer, Karl Lagerfeld in collaboration with Magnum Chocolate. First look at 'it' reminds me of Madame Tussauds Musuem. Maybe Madame Tussauds can open another line of figures using chocolate instead. I personally felt this creation is very good as there are so many chocolate lovers all over the world and someone can build a chocolate musuem for us to admire & salivate!
