Clement enthused as we polished off the chocolates on the plate. Being an avid
herbalist himself, Chef Clement loves to infuse herbs into his culinary. His
cultivated mint leaves smack fruity notes of pineapple and hints of dark
chocolate which tantalized my taste buds and left me speechless...for a while
in amazement.
