Chocolate Crinkles

have been searching high & low for these devilish-looking cookies and
finally I found a kind-hearted Philippina to bake for me.
A
firm crust filled with chewy chocolatey texture which will melt as you chew. No
wonder my receiver loves it so much and I am glad to see the delighted face.
