Little Vinery in Singapore







Despite the sweltering heat and scarce of land in Singapore, Mr Alan Ng who is a baker by profession has managed to achieve a little vinery in his Yishun 9th-storey HDB Flat.

And his secret recipe is “Lots of water. I water this plant 2 or 3 times a day.”

Who knows down the road, we might have Singapore version of Pinot Noir or Chardonnay!
